The hotel surprised me with rooms bigger than expected, though lacking views and limited in ventilation areas. The service, while not fluent in English, was still helpful and efficient. Its location, near Senado Square and bus stops, made exploring the city convenient, but the dining options were on the expensive side. Overall, a mixed experience with some positive and some drawbacks.

The complimentary amenities like bedroom slippers, toothbrushes, and coffee were a nice touch. However, the dining options were expensive and not included in the stay.
